New Leaf: Services For Our Community is the nonprofit multi-purpose counseling center for the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) communities of San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area.

We prioritize services to middle and low-income individuals and families who cannot afford private therapy or support services. Fees are set on a sliding scale based on income, and some services are free. Many of our programs also accept Med-Cal, private and group insurance.
